Order online with CuraScript

1. Click the Order Online button on the right.

2. Log on to the CuraScript portal for NEXPLANON.

3. If you already have an account, go to item 4 below. To create an account, click the Sign Up Now button and complete the online credit application. A CuraScript Support team member will contact you to confirm the receipt of the application or request any additional information.

4. Locate the Click Here link on the CuraScript home page under Buy It Fast to access your online account. Complete and submit the form. Within 24 hours, you will receive an e-mail letting you know that your online account has been activated and can now be accessed.

5. To log on to your online account, click the Customer Login link located at the top right of the CuraScript home page. Once logged in, follow the simple instructions to begin the ordering process.
